Pick up your mitten and animals set from Willie Morris Library through January 23, or download and print them at home from janbrett.com:

Cut the 2 mittens out, then tape or glue the edges together to make 1 mitten, but be sure to leave the bottom edge (the hand opening) unglued. Next cut out your animals, and they can crawl right in!
Color your own mitten and animals, then follow along, putting the animals in one by one, as Jan Brett reads her book The Mitten!
