Don’t think you can’t exercise just because you can’t stand up for long periods? No problem. Alexander Library is introducing our Sit and Be Fit program. It is an hour of chair exercises that will surely help you burn calories. Join us Thursday, September 18, 2023 at 10a.m. as we get our blood pumping.
