Read, Rock n' Rhyme story time is a program designed for ages 3 to 6 years old. It's time to get up and dance, shake, and wiggle as we share stories, songs, rhymes, and more! Registration is not required, but preferred. 

Byram Book Club

The Byram Book Club is an adult social group that meets every other Wednesday to discuss a specific book. The focus is Mississippi writers, but we also cover southern writers from our neighboring states. Coffee or water is available when wanted. Byram BOO Bash

There will be festive refreshments for all. We will give trick-or-treat candy or trinkets for all children who are dressed for Halloween. There will be grab and go Halloween art packs. We will also be showing “Halloweentown” in one of our rooms.   

Thanksgiving Basket Raffle (Mon-Sat)

The BoldenMoore Library is hosting a Thanksgiving Basket Raffle for our patrons. Patrons will have two weeks to enter the contest. Every patron must have a library card to enter. The drawing will take place Friday, November 15, 2024 at 10:00a.m. 

Spanish Classes for Beginners

The Spanish class will engage new language learners with fun activities. The instructor, Miss Veronica, is a native speaker from South America and is also an actor/entertainer who will use skills from that profession to make sure the class is active and fun.

Fun with Clay (MS Museum of Art)

This program is designed to teach the fundamentals of working with clay on the potter’s wheel–no prior experience is necessary. Students will be introduced to basic throwing shapes, as well as the follow-up steps of trimming, handle making, and glazing.

Great American Smokeout

Every year, The Great American Smokeout draws attention to preventing deaths and chronic illnesses to preventing deaths and chronic illnesses by smoking.
