Stillness in Motion: Relaxation Classes for Adults (Every Monday)
Beginning Relaxation exercises and techniques following lessons from you-tube or real-life practitioner if possible. Relaxation Classes are good for all age groups and can be practiced standing or sitting, based on ability. It is low impact and good for relaxation, mobility, and balance.
