Read, Rock n' Rhyme story time is a program designed for ages 3 to 6 years old. It's time to get up and dance, shake, and wiggle as we share stories, songs, rhymes, and more! Registration is not required, but preferred. This program is held every Wednesday starting on August 7,14,21,28 and September 4,11,18,25.
Fantastic Friday Story Time (Ongoing)

Stillness in Motion Tai Chi
Beginning Tai Chi exercises and techniques following lessons from you-tube or real life practitioner if possible. Tai Chi is good for all age groups and can be practiced standing or sitting, based on ability. It is low impact and good for relaxation, mobility, and balance.
