A weekly class for adults learning crochet and sewing basics at 12 PM. 

 Beginning Relaxation exercises and techniques following lessons from you-tube or real-life practitioner if possible. Relaxation Classes are good for all age groups and can be practiced standing or sitting, based on ability. It is low impact and good for relaxation, mobility, and balance. 

The 1 on 1 Computer Sessions are student directed, hands on, instruction sessions, following topics regarding whatever the student wants to learn to do on the computer.
