Stillness in Motion Tai Chi

Beginning Tai Chi exercises and techniques following lessons from youtube or real life practitioner if possible. Tai Chi is good for all age groups and can be practiced standing or sitting, based on ability. It is low impact and good for relaxation, mobility, and balance.
