JACKSON, MS – During our systemwide closure through March 27, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Jackson Hinds Library System continues to offer online options for our library card holders to access e-books, e-audios and digital magazines on computers and mobile devices. However, many in our service area may not have a library card, and we are now offering a new option for everyone to enjoy whether or not they are a registered user.
We now have additional services through TumbleBooks, which do not require a login, so a library card and PIN are not needed to utilize these services. Downloads are also not necessary since all options are accessed via the cloud. Options include:
Tumble Book Library – Grades K-6
Story Books • Read Alongs • E-books • Graphic Novels • Nonfiction • Videos • Language Learning • Playlists • Puzzles & Games
TumbleMath – Grades K-6
Picture Books on Arithmetic, Measurements, Fractions, Finance, Time and Temperature, etc. • Quizzes • Playlists
