We will cover some of our new adults, teen, and children books in black and orange paper. We will host a Halloween Contest on October 31 staff will dress as their favorite character from a book and kids will come in and take photos with their staff. Best costume wins caudron of treats. We will partner with the school for their Trunk or Treat Event and with the town for their event on Main Street.
